Thraxen™ Return & Exchange Protocol
We engineer our gear to perform, and we stand fully behind its quality. If your new apparel doesn't perfectly align with your training needs, our return process is designed to be as efficient as your workouts.
1. The 30-Day Evaluation Window
You have exactly 30 days from the date your package arrives to decide if the gear is right for you.
To qualify for a seamless return, the items must be:
In their absolute original, unworn, and unwashed condition
Still attached to all original factory tags
Placed inside their original protective packaging
Accompanied by your digital receipt or order confirmation
2. How to Deploy a Return
Do not send items back blindly. All returns require prior authorization.

Once your request is cleared by our team:
We will generate and send you a verified return shipping label.
You will receive step-by-step packing and drop-off instructions.
Critical Note: Any unauthorized packages shipped back to our facility without prior approval will be rejected and returned to sender.
3. Flawed or Compromised Gear
We run strict quality control, but if an error occurs, we fix it fast.
Inspect your shipment immediately upon unpacking. If you discover a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or received the wrong item entirely, email us right away so we can deploy a replacement and rectify the situation.
4. Non-Returnable Assets
For hygiene, safety, and logistical reasons, the following categories are strictly final sale:
Intimates, undergarments, and personal care accessories
Custom-tailored or personalized apparel
Items marked clearly as "Final Sale" or clearance during checkout
Digital or physical Gift Cards
The original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. The Exchange Strategy
To get you back in action as quickly as possible, we do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest tactical approach is to return your original item for a full refund using the steps above, and immediately place a brand-new order for your preferred size or color.
6. International & EU Statutory Rights
For athletes located within the European Union, standard consumer protection laws grant you a 14-day "cooling-off" period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
The gear must still be unworn, with tags intact, and include proof of purchase. This statutory right runs parallel to our broader 30-day policy.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return package lands at our facility and passes the inspection phase, we will immediately trigger the refund protocol.
Approved funds will be routed directly back to the exact credit card or payment gateway used at checkout.
Standard processing takes roughly 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's internal clearing speeds.

8. Official Return Facility
A certified Thraxen™ return label is absolutely mandatory before routing any packages to this location.
